马成龙是何许人啊？交通局的一把手，又是县委书记杨尚武的心腹爱将，在单位从来是说一不二的，从没有人敢公然顶撞他，立刻指着段昱勃然大怒道：“你这是什么态度？！你眼里还有没有上级！简直是无法无天了！别以为有张县长看中你就不知道天高地厚了！信不信我马上让你卷铺盖滚蛋！……”。

要是别人只怕早已被马成龙的官威给吓得不敢说话了，段昱却偏生是个吃软不吃硬的主，针锋相对地回击道：“对于上级我一向是很尊敬的，但如果上级的指示是错误的，我有权不执行！难道我坚持原则有错吗？！你有什么权力开除我！……”。

“你！”马成龙肺都快被段昱气炸了，偏生又被段昱抓住了短处，只能色厉内荏地指着段昱震怒道：“小子，你有种！我今天把话撂这里，我要不把你开除了，我这个局长让给你做！……”，说完就怒气冲冲地拂袖而去！
